This study, the only one of its kind, processes fifteen months of raw data from participating companies and outputs fact-based benchmarking data across multiple dimensions.
We use a proprietary analytics engine to process monthly transaction data from participating companies, allowing us to generate truly comparable information across companies with widely different systems and data structures. We use standard, simplified measures of activation and engagement based on historical purchasing and sponsoring activity – and apply those measures consistently across data from all participants.
